It's a Russian Orthodox ceremony. I'm not sure which church it is being held in, but it's definitely some Eastern sect of christianity
The church in the video actually looks like an Orthodox Christian church, most likely on the Balkan peninsula judging from the ornamentation and writing on decorations in the background. Which means the lyrics about "on the coast of Gaza strip" probably have not much to do with the video itself. But other than that can't tell you much about it.
Oh ok yeah you beat me to it. I was taking a minute looking at the writings on the decor in the background, which appears to have old cyrillic on it, placing it somewhere on the Balkan peninsula possibly.
