yes, my whole life
yes
awful I want to kill myself
yes
of course
just stop eating
I cant stop eating

I lost over 20 lbs effortlessly just by cutting out sugar, grains and dairy. (Wasn't obese but definitely a few extra pounds). Eat as much and whatever I want (mostly meat and green vegetables). Energy swings gone, energy level up, indigestion gone, acne gone, anxiety and depression greatly reduced. Sense of taste changed so vegetables taste amazing and carbohydrate cravings are now gone. Used diet coke as a crutch while I still had sweet cravings. Not super strict but limit myself to maximum one serving of grain/dairy/sugar per day. Find myself even starting to dislike it. I suggest gradual elimination with limits and not cold turkey to give you time to adapt.

>Are you overweight or obese? If so, for how long?
Obese, teetering on the edge of only being overweight. I've been this high for about 5-6 years.
>Have you tried losing weight before?
I have, got 20lbs away from my goal than went out of town and feel off the wagon. Started losing again, lost a decent amount, than my dad died and I gained it all back.
>How's your body image and self-esteem?
How do you think?
>Do you want to lose weight to be more attractive to others?
Partially, but it's more health related. I have issues with gallstones, pretty sure it's now causing issues with my pancreas. I also have elevated blood pressure.
>Do you think you'd be treated better at a lower weight?
Probably.
>What's worked for you in terms of diet and exercise?
Eating less and moving more.
>Why haven't you lost the weight yet?
I'm down 15lbs again. The goal is to not relapse if things go to Hell again.

I am obese. ~105 kg at 185 cm height

Yeah, multiple times. I lack the resolve to lead a healthy lifestyle. Also, junk food is more addictive to me than weed, tobacco and booze.

Pretty bad. I used to be in full on denial over being a tub of lard, but now I am well aware of how I look. Looking at myself sideways in the mirror is suifuel :^)

Yeah, but I don't want to put in the work.

Most definitely.

Starving, I hit 99 kg this spring, but got the weight back very quickly.

I enjoy very few things in life, and one of them happens to be junk food. If I kicked that, I'd have barely anything left.

>Are you overweight or obese? If so, for how long?
not anymore. lost my weight around 10 years ago now jesus time flies
>Have you tried losing weight before?
yea, it took around 2 years to reach my goal but i continued for 2 or so more to get skelly
>How's your body image and self-esteem?
its not bad but i havent worked out in years so im out of shape yet thin
>Do you want to lose weight to be more attractive to others?
that was my main goal at first but in time it became more about pushing my own boundaries
>Do you think you'd be treated better at a lower weight?
yea. its night and day how i was treated by strangers when i was fat vs thin. when people first started complimenting me and flirting with me i thought they were fucking with me i couldnt believe this actually happpened in reality
>What's worked for you in terms of diet and exercise?
i cut out as much sugar and junk food as i could and just ate eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch, and a decently hearty meal of protein and carbs for dinner after working out
>Why haven't you lost the weight yet?
good luck to all you fatbots trying to lose weight. life can be very good

>Are you overweight or obese? If so, for how long?
I'm very obese. I have been overweight my entire life. My parents neglected me a lot and never really put me into good habits or fed me properly.
>Have you tried losing weight before?
Yes. Dozens of times.
>How's your body image and self-esteem?
Terrible. I want to die whenever I see myself.
>Do you want to lose weight to be more attractive to others?
Yes, among other reasons. I just want to be normal and feel better really. I don't want to be exhausted walking to the end of the street. I want to be able to go outside. I want to be able to shower without difficulty.
>Do you think you'd be treated better at a lower weight?
Yes. Fat people are subhumans and are rightfully treated as such.
>What's worked for you in terms of diet and exercise?
Nothing.
>Why haven't you lost the weight yet?
I'm completely addicted to sugar and I always lose motivation and relapse in under a month. I'm not very educated about healthy habits and it's very hard to get into healthy habits when they've never been taught to me and i've lived a certain way for 24 years. I'm a lazy piece of shit with a weak spirit. I keep trying but I just don't have it within myself to succeed at it.

>I enjoy very few things in life, and one of them happens to be junk food. If I kicked that, I'd have barely anything left.
This is one of the reasons it's been difficult for me to lose weight. I want to find a hobby, or something to do for fun that will hopefully give me something to replace the junk food. I have a major sweet tooth and have for my entire life.
>Looking at myself sideways in the mirror is suifuel
Yep, same here. It sucks.

>it took around 2 years to reach my goal but i continued for 2 or so more to get skelly
So it was a long-term change? Has it been difficult for you to maintain your weight loss? That's awesome that you succeeded.

Attached: asuka sip1.jpg (250x240, 8K)

yeah it was a long term change. i was around 110kg at my heaviest and im around 70kg now which is way too low for my height but im used to it. i hasnt been that difficult lately because my appetite shrunk but that was due to years of harsh dieting which i would not recommend. i had body issues for years and was bulimic for around 2 years and it took my family's help and support to quit the cycle and start to love myself again. its good to lose weight but you should learn to love yourself during the process instead of chasing some changing/shifting goal body forever and ever. health is based bros, take care

Am i allowed here if i keep losing weight despite being a lanklet who is trying to gain weight?

Attached: 2f7.jpg (601x508, 31K)

Of course. It sounds like people who struggle to gain weight have similar frustrations. I've talked to a few people who are like this, and while it's very different, I still relate to the difficulty in changing eating habits to get the body you want.
How many calories a day do you need to eat in order to gain weight? Do you feel like you have to force-feed yourself? What are your daily eating habits like? I'm interested to hear.

>Are you overweight or obese? If so, for how long?
I'm overweight, it has been about 6-7 years now.
>Have you tried losing weight before?
Mhm, lots of times!
>How's your body image and self-esteem?
They're both pretty bad. Whether that's a weight related issue, though, I'm unsure.
>Do you want to lose weight to be more attractive to others?
Not really, I'd just like to "feel" better/healthier.
>Do you think you'd be treated better at a lower weight?
For sure, everyone is.
>What's worked for you in terms of diet and exercise?
Not much! Every bit of progress I seem to make is ever so slight. I'll stick to it.
>Why haven't you lost the weight yet?
Because it's rather stubborn, and I'm rather lazy.

>Are you overweight or obese? If so, for how long?
I was just over the line of average/overweight for a little while, said "nah, fuck that. I'm not gonna become a fatty" I'm at the high end of average now.
>Have you tried losing weight before?
Working on it now
>How's your body image and self-esteem?
I'm a little chubby still, but I like where my physique is going. I fuckin hate myself though. I look kinda creepy too.
>Do you want to lose weight to be more attractive to others?
I want to lose weight to not be a fat fuck
>Do you think you'd be treated better at a lower weight?
Probably not
>What's worked for you in terms of diet and exercise?
I don't eat much, and I started exercising not long ago. Beer is what kills my weight loss though. I love beer too much to give it up.
>Why haven't you lost the weight yet?
Working on it

One of the best things you can do to help lose weight is if you drink soda cut that shit right out completely.

I have been trying to cut so I can have some visible abs. I have been pretty chubby my whole life. Unfortunately this girl at work keeps buying me energy drinks and doughnuts and I feel bad if I don't eat whatever she brings me.

>>Are you overweight or obese? If so, for how long?
overweight now but on the brink
>>Have you tried losing weight before?
i ve done it before but it was with rc stims
>>How's your body image and self-esteem?
ppl say i have bdd but idk maybe i do. i hate myself and i m justified in hating myself i think
>>Do you want to lose weight to be more attractive to others?
ppl told me i would be if i did, so i might as well try it out
>>Do you think you'd be treated better at a lower weight?
yes
>>What's worked for you in terms of diet and exercise?
4f-mph, 4-fa, lisdexamfetamine
>>Why haven't you lost the weight yet?
i haven t been taking my meds daily and food is my best friend

Anyone have any ideas on how I could lose weight? Dieting just isn't doing it for me.

stimulants worked for me

Which ones? I have slight heart issues so I'm not sure if they're the right thing for me.

>was 80 kg in 2017
>lost 20 kg though cico and excercise
>became neet in september last year
>balloon up to 100 kg between september and today
Fuck this shit
I'm thinking of trying that water fasting thing

>4f-mph, 4-fa, lisdexamfetamine
those ones are ones i ve tried before. i don t think you should if you have heart problems tho.

Overweight. 193cm and 91.2kg~.
Yes, tried water fasting but lost interest really quickly.
Really bad. Unfortunately have a disproportionate amount of fat gather around my face, which really fucks with me. Thinking about a lot of the problems in my life, quite a few of them seem to be rooted in me feeling like shit about my body.
Yes, and feel less pathetic.
Probably.
Intermittent fasting. Not really exercising.
Fail at fasting. Havent been able to move out yet, and my parents buy tons of bad shit. Often leave my room just cause i'm bored of sitting here all day, and wanna move. Leaving the room often leads me to the kitchen.
Was 93KG~ about two weeks ago. Thinking I could try harder with the fasting (like drinking a ton of water everyday so I constantly feel full)

>>Are you overweight or obese? If so, for how long?
Overweight borderline to obese. Pretty much all my life. My parents were immigrants and fed me because they grew up hungry. Hispanic Culture also think it's nice to have fat kids but simultaneously doesn't like them somehow.
>>Have you tried losing weight before?
Yup. I made loads of progress when I graduated college but reverted back after getting a job and becoming (more?) depressed
>>How's your body image and self-esteem?
Absolutely terrible. I hate taking pictures and avoid them all all costs. There's nothing I like about my body from head to toe. At best, I'm neutral about it.
>>Do you want to lose weight to be more attractive to others?
Yeah, that's half of it. Other half is my myself.
>>Do you think you'd be treated better at a lower weight?
Probably yeah.
>>What's worked for you in terms of diet and exercise?
At my peak, I was hitting the gym like 7 days a week and eating small portions of my regular food and normal portions of healthier food.
>>Why haven't you lost the weight yet?
I feel like I'm too far gone (though realistically I'm not). I'm 28 and weak now. Chipping away at this fat will take like two years and I'll be too old to date by then

You guys tried amphetamines? I just finished a three day adderall binge and lost 7 pounds. All I ate were a few bananas and a bowl of oatmeal and I never even felt particularly hungry.

i was and now again
yes
good bad
yes
yes
nothing
i had i fasted for months but ate like a pig and fucked up
i yoyo fast i fucking hate this

What I've discovered is that replacing all microwave meals with chicken and brown rice made a big difference. I've also had significantly fewer headaches since then and it takes longer for me to feel hungry and my digestion is better.

HEY FATTIE

buy 5 liter water jug
buy potassium chloride and sodium chloride, it's not expensive
1/2 tsp of sodium and 1 tsp of potassium chloride mix in 1 liter
lock yourself in your room for 5 days, from monday to friday
drink 100 ml per hour every 1 hour
break fast on sunday and saturday
rinse and repeat

JUST STOP EATING YOU FUCKING PIGS, JUST SHUT YOUR MOUTH

>My parents buy tons of bad shit. Often leave my room just cause i'm bored of sitting here all day, and wanna move. Leaving the room often leads me to the kitchen.
I had this same problem when I lived with my parents. It got easier once I moved out and could control what food I kept near me.
>3 days
>7 pounds
Much of that was probably water weight. Drugs aren't sustainable anyways.

>>Do you think you'd be treated better at a lower weight?
You are absolutely treated better. It's like night and fucking day.

>>What's worked for you in terms of diet and exercise?
Stop eating anything. Drink salty broth every day. Pop caffeine pills when tired.
