Wage slave cashier here. I'm currently making about 15.5 Leaf dollars an hour for my shitty no skill menial job because its unionized. I can't stand to do it anymore and want to go back to school to get training for a job that I don't despise and I can actually afford to live off the money. Problem is I need that money to pay rent and bills and such. What are some entry level jobs I can do that pay well enough to support me but will still allow me to go back to school.

I really don't want to get a loan either.

I actually really like my job, I have today and Tuesday off, but on Wednesday, for 3 days, I have to do the 7-3 shift, because my co-worker is on vacation, and I have to work with the morning people who are all idiots. Help.

Good luck. I recently work for in n out in Los Angeles. Been 2 months now. It's hard work and I get yelled at a lot. Just trying to do something. Saved nearly 2600 dollars. Not sure how much longer j will last. Miss doing nothing all day and sleeping. Still cant ever afford to live alone. Get despondent thoughts everyday. We will all make it.....right?

I got my first job at a body shop about a year and a half ago. When I joined, I loved it, even though I was being paid less that minimum wage.
Now I'm being paid $400 a week, and I fucking hate every second of being there.
I don't hate my bosses, but I can't stand the lack of attention they pay, and all the blame I receive once they finally notice the smell of burning trash.

I don't want to quit for the sake of retaining a job I once "loved," however, the thought of stepping through those doors next morning eat away at my soul.

I'm a big believe in sticking through bad things to see the better side in the end, but it feels never ending.

Just don't be overworked to the point of exhaustion like me- it'll make you hate yourself even more when you're too pussy to quit because you don't want a bad recommendation for your resume.

Your problem is where you live. Many of my tenants work in fast food and pay their rent fine. They even own nice things. The west coast is totally fucking fucked. If you don't move then no, you won't make it. Just don't vote the same retards into power here that fucked your state up.

Hey OP, same here, had my first day at my first full-time job today. It was godawful and I'll have to do this for the next 3 years at least.

I live in a relatively small town but everyone tells me it's low pay. Especially considering median income for my job is allegedly $90 thousand
