On my period, I've never really had messy/violent period poops. I always thought people had similar experiences to me, where it's just earth-shatteringly painful to even attempt to use those muscles to shit.
I have PCOS and endometriosis so maybe that's why? I don't know.
I just try to not eat for a few days before my period to avoid having to shit because it hurts so fucking much.
