I'm not following an app a guide a schedule or a list. I can't keep to a low carb diet in a house where my family isn't also on that diet, because I'm more for not wasting food than losing weight.

thats not a very good attitude, just try to do full body workout everyother day it only takes an hour

When I was at uni I would do 45 mins of ramps on the elliptical. Then do generic leg workouts (focusing on the glutes and quads) some back and abs and a bit of arms

M o n t h s i kept that up. Only recently gettung back into it because i lost faith since I wasn't losing any weight. I did notice muscle gain, though.

first i think the problem would be your diet, try to keep in check the calory and nutrition that myfitnesspal that can help you. try to do mon, wed, fri of full-body workout and the other days try to do 20 min jog. when you see that you dont seem to be getting gains hit a plateau, try to change your routine.

my shoulder is injured so i can't right now but i did go to the gym on/off for 8 years

i have very low testosterone, it's drug induced. i basically went to the gym for a year straight and the gains were absolutely shit. deadlift, overhead press, bench, squat, etc. i know how to lift, compared to the past i just could not put on any mass.

it is because of my low levels of testosterone (408 ng/dl)

anyway, i want to go back to lifting but NOT TELL ANYONE. once i tell them "yes, i go to the gym" they will be like "lolwut? doesn't look like it!"

I already fucking tried I did it for a month and was doing good but I fell into the same pit I was in before I started... At least I'm somewhat stronger and gained a bit of muscle right guys
