How do you find a job as a ex-NEET with a >10yo hole in your resume. and no i didnt do anything of value during that period

The least amount of interactions with people especially clients the better. outside of that ive no standards

do you have any college under your belt?
if anything just go learn a trade like plumbing or something
pay is decent

1. Go to school
2. If you seriously have no standards, you could consider working overnight shifts at a hospital or something. Would minimize people interaction.

You just have to think outside the box user. Theres very few questions future employers are legally allowed to ask about your work history. All you have to do is put down that you worked for a madeup business of your choosing and get a burner phone with a seperate number that you answer to said employers and know what to say or just tell them you were paid by the state to take care of a dying relative for a few years. Easy as pie

2 options, either
A) Find a job that doesn't really care like McDonalds or a Janitorial gig and build from there or
B) Come up with an excuse that makes it sound like you were at least doing something. E.G. I cared for my disabled Aunt 10 years ago until she died last month because she needed a full-time caregiver.

You could also always lie and put fake work experience on your resume, just don't make it anything too great.

Oooh boy, despite popular belief it's actually nearly impossible to get a min wage job. Especially mcdicks for some reason. They have a really thorough online application

Overnight shifts at a hospital doing what? That sounds great for an autist like me

>wanting to be a wagie

I don't know what the problem in your area is, but whenever I've needed a job and I've applied for Mickey D's they've always offered me one because they're desperate for people. Probably is just the area you live in, or some flag you raise in their system with their application.

>10yo hole
Better work on your lying skills.

Same here, when I am looking for a job McDonalds is always the first place to give you a call back because of their turnover rate I imagine.
You may be answering the questionnaire wrong because they do not need experience

What area you are in? Even an autist like me knows how to answer their retarded questionaire properly but they never offer me shit.

North East Atlanta or Sandy Springs, a more affluent area.

implying i want to be one

ive no choice i used all the scheme i can think of

It's the area then. Fuck me for living in a shithole, I guess.

D-do they tell if you answered it wrong? I've applied to maybe 10 McDonald's or so and I've never heard anything back

It may be there is too much competition where you live
Doubt it, there is really no way to know why you did not get an interview (which in retail/fast food is generally the same as giving the person the job provided they are not a lunatic in person)

Wait, really? I've gone to about 7 interviews at fast food / retail places and I havnt been hired yet

You must suck ass in person

Wow a Atlanta user

What do they even ask you? I kinda assume you would get the job once you get to the interview phase.
They better not be asking about your career development in a fucking McD min wage job.

What makes you a good fit?
Do you have any relevant experience?
What do you like to do, tell us something about yourself?

And yeah probably something related to whether or not youre going to quit right away, I dont think any manager genuinely expects you to try and make a career out of McDicks but you pretty much just pretend you want to be that one person in franchise history who worked their way up to executive or something stupid.

Oh and name a time a coworker/customer was a dick to you and how you diffused the situation is popular.

I feel like I do fine, I've always chalked it up to the country collapsing or my area being trash. last time I interviews was at a Whataburger, and they had me do two different interviews, and the person who interviewed me the second time said to expect a call the next day but they just gave a rejection email instead
>Give me an example you did x
>Give me an example you did y
>*Metaphorical about how I would handle a situation*
>Clarifies availability (all day)
>Do you have any questions user?
>"Well, I still have other people to interview, so I'll give you a call by *this day*, if I don't assume you didn't get it"
That's pretty much it

Just lie they arnt going to check.

>name a time a coworker/customer was a dick to you
What if all my working experiences were around decent people and I didn't encounter any dick?

Your experience sounds brutal, two interviews for a burger joint? I would definitely assume I would have gotten it at that point and been celebratory.

Generally if they dont give me an offer right there I just start looking for something elae

This, I got my security job by telling them I had army experience and reminiscing about BCT with the guy doing the interview. I have never been in the military, getting a job is 90% just making conversation with the guy hiring you

nah user probably didn't fit the demographic there. the crew was filled with white girls, there's a reason why.

At all seven retail/fast food jobs? Believe me I know the intricacies of being an other in a place with a pre-established culture and different demographic, but seven interviews and no offer?

That means he is a very qualified candidate but his presentation isnt as appealing.
