It's never to late to go to college, I'm 28 and only have a year left on my masters. Took a job after my associates and saved enough money to pay off student debt and have enough pay in cash to finish my major.

You should not be in rush unless you are nearing your 30's.

I did work for a little over a year once, it's been a year since I quit. I still have $9k left over from that, I worked 40 hours a week and made $14 an hour and it was shit. I think I am *technically* in a good position because I have money and a car(my parents are broke, yes I bought it)/insurance. But my mind is fucked and i've literally never had friends and hate doing anything.
This might be a good idea actually, if I want to go to college it would be a good way to boost my gpa cheaply and deal with people again(I have pretty severe social anxiety). But i'm not sure a college degree is worth much to an employer if you have a shit track record.

I'm 22, dropped out of HS in my second year, went to like 4 other schools for adults but they all went to hell, tried getting simple jobs but all applications were declined or ignored.
6 years of inactivity now so I basically can't get a job anywhere, even fast food chains and grocery stores have declined my applications.

I did a degree in physics after neeting for like 4 years. There's some scheme in my country that lets you reach university standard within a year as long as you have passed the most basic english/maths requirements. I got literally the first job I applied for after graduating from university.

Having a reasonably high IQ is pretty great.
