I wouldn't have any set reality, just give me the power to mould it into anything I feel like at the time. This gives me basically infinite possibilities and every other day would probably be different. Grant this same power to myself too, basically having god-like powers to shape my own self and the universe as well. Being able to change my body and mind at will, traveling through time without disturbing it, dimension hopping, instant teleportation etc etc.

I want to make the whole universe my canvas.

Not commonplace, it just exists. If it did exist, world governments would probably be on top of it and try to use magic and psychics. I don't know, I'm not very smart

Okay so here's my idea

North Korea launches all its nuclear missles into the atmosphere where most of them explode. Instead of a nuclear payload, it's a mutagen that turns people into futa. Not right away of course, but over the next 5 years 70% of the population turns into women with dicks leaving 20% as biological women and 10% as biological men. Because the transformation is so ever present, the world quickly accepts it as a new sex and changes because it.

Futa in this world are either one of two types, testosterone based or estrogen based. Testosterone based futa tend to be taller (averaging 6'4), have an easier time gaining muscle, have smaller breasts (averaging E's) but in return larger penises and testicles (averaging 15 inches+ and grapefruits). Estrogen based futa tend to be curvier and gain fat more easily, are shorter (around 6 feet) have much larger breasts (the average bra size being K+) but a smaller crotch (rarely bigger than 12 inches and apples). Futa also go through multiple puberties; the first one being around 10, the second one in their early twenties, and the third final one being in their late 30's. All three involving growth spurts. It's not uncommon for a 40 year old futa to have balls the size of melons or breasts that fill her lap.
