start with 150mg. 500mg is way too much no matter how used to it you are and you're asking for a seizure if you take that much

Start with a bit and then do more. It works weird in that you need a little bit to metabolise the later doses more efficiently
Start with 50 then take 100 like 30 mins later and go up by 50 from there. Stay below 400 or you risk seizures

4-AcO-DMT guy here, feeling pretty comfy, it takes lots of effort just to use decent spelling and grammar. It can be a bit anxiety inducing if you're doing it solo, especially as a NEET with underlying anxiety problems.

I think 20mg was just enough to get me feeling uncomfortable with extremely light visuals. Just like when I took 100mg of 1p lsd.

Different for everyone as some people metabolise better than others but rarely anyone will feel 50mg. If they are extended release be sure to scratch off the coating.
A lot of people think tramadol are shit opiates but I quite like it, it's like a long lasting, motivating, energetic codeine (and a bit stronger) which (at high doses) melts into a cozy heavy body high after a while
