I need to escape and never return. A robot community would be nice but I guess I'll be in Alaska all by myself.

How old are you? These posts give me the impression your probably 18-21
> powering a fridge, space heater, and cookstove off 1 solar panel
> $20 USD for food in Alaska
> 500W space heater and a tent to survive the winter
> no way to purify water but $40 toothbrush
I'd love to see the trip report.
I'm 30. Normalfag.
It's a water flosser. You boil the water with the burner and electrical components. Some things are implied such as train hopping with the stuff already there hidden and taking 50 lbs of rice/lentils and spices with you.
You must just be stupid than. I mean, you don't really expect this plan to work right? You'll never actually do any of this.
Also why would you use them all at the same time?
Alaska is just the only place one could disappear. it's not he only actual woods you could go to also. With that much stuff it has to be remote ideally.
>the plan cannot work
>you can't do this
Literally there is no logical reason as to why you can't. The woods you can hide in then go in and out of. Small amount of USD is easy to generate. Those items replace just about everything. What is your issue with it?
do you have cold weather gear? experience?
i know the heater is cheap but its a luxury, and its not really going to keep you warm without an insulated shelter. its just going to blow hot air on one part of your body.
t. - survived a mild winter in a tent and an arctic level blizzard in a wood burning tent
also it seems like a complete waste to cook your food with a limited supply of electricity when youre in the woods.
Do it then, and realize the research and this planning shit was useless. Every minute you spend making this dream real is 10x more valuable than plans.
If you put it in the sleeping bag with you I imagine it'd keep you warm. A foil sleeping bag, if not, I could include in a guide and when i make these little 'guides' I often include one. In a foil blanket with a small heater would work. The power usage is the only flaw with the sun going away in Alaska and if there's thick woods in some other slightly less northern woods I'd prefer that but to escape and not have your grand worth of things found you'd still want to be in the biggest woods. What I can't stand is heat. I sweat in 50 F weather practically. Alaska would be deadly but oh noes have to actually put on clothes the horror!
When you lack funding due to being a forever neet all you do is make plans...
Hey there, Chris McCandless.
I'd recommend a van for when you inevitably need to return to civilization for when something breaks, or something you don't have a backup for fucks up, et cetera.
Also, do you have solar panels?
It's in there. There's a 100w 12v one in there. Really, that was mostly meant to keep the 3/5v cell going and going.
Also I cannot recommend having a firearm enough. That, and have a bivouac like a mountain climber.

you dont need half that shit haha. if i were you i would bring a few big pocketknives, a machete, some granola bars, snare wire, and something to sleep on. learn how to live to be wild instead of civilized lol.
>just be a literal savage
yeah why not? i think you would live a much better life as a savage than as a civilized person, you won't have to worry about social bullshit and work and all, just developing your survival skills more and more. you would probably be much happier that way.
i dont whether that would work or not cause i havent ever seen anybody try it, but fucking around with portable heaters is generally a good way to burn shit down. its not about "wearing clothes" its about having the proper equipment to keep you dry and warm.
when i knew i was gonna have to camp, i already had a tent, sleeping bag, a liquid fuel stove, water purifier and small filter. all i did was go to the flea market and buy knives, a hiking bag, and a cot.
i didn't end up using most of that shit. bottled water is cheap, and you can refill the bottles. never really cooked food because i didnt have any refrigeration. i ditched my sleeping bag after a month because i had no way to clean it, and the condensation was somehow pooling inside my tent and fucking shit up. but i wouldn't trust my life to a $20 bag.
i also shit in the woods when i had to. i'd rather have a supply of toilet paper than waste money on a toilet. i don't really understand how the bath/shower combo will work, especially over a long period of time, or in cold weather. and a $34 gimmick knife is really unecessary. half of the tools on them aren't gonna have any use in a forest.
>much better life going stark raving mad with zero social life
The phone needs to connect me to Jow Forums at least part of the time.
Unless I spent all that grand on weed instead then maybe I could watch a fire playing a cedar flute high all of the time. Still you'd run out. What do you do? Sell deer jerky to the locals to buy weed then go back to playing the cedar flute high on weed?
Because I could dig it.
The alternative guide could be a hatchet and a kilo of weed or some such.
Counterpoint: grow your own weed and mushrooms out in all that new space
i suppose im biased. ive been alone for most of my life so moving to the wilderness and having no contact with other people is perfectly fine to me.to each his own.
Of course it would work. The heater isn't powerful enough to cause any real fire damage.
>liquid fuel stove
Harder to replace than the electrical setup.
>water purifier
Those are silly.
The shitting in the bucket-thing is so a bear won't smell it so much when you're too cold to go outside and dig into the frozen ground to bury it. Alternatively
>not having a toilet
>not having the shower to wash things in as a bucket including self
>not hiding in the shower/pool thing to stay warm alternatively
The guide has tons of potential. The knife has objects to saw, take apart the electronics, the scissors for wire stripping, opening cans (try to pen a can without a can opener it's dick), etc.
Everything there I'd use.
Yes, I sort of meant that. As it is I grow my own booze.
You're not even alone right now. I grew up bored and shan't allow myself to have no cell with batteries to keep it alive so I can shitpost with unlimited 2G. Bored won't do. I must do something as I sip on the hippy-brew or smoke hippy herbs. Possibly the herbs less attention needs to be paid to things but on booze I need to feed my mind, ironically.
i showered at a gym.
i guess im a savage though cause i just opened cans with a knife and a rock. mechanical can openers are 5 bucks.
Just because you can doesn't mean you should.
And gyms cost more money than the cost of a can opener.
I'd have rice and lentils and or four mostly though anyway.
$35 for "savings" is leaving you an incredibly small margin for error. Literally one thing going wrong will put you on a downward trajectory.
You're so much better off saving a few thousand bucks and moving to SE asia or somewhere like that. Live super cheap on their currency, occasionally converting dollars from an American savings account. Rent cheaply, and do US-based contract work.
Almost no one succeeds living like you propose, while tons of people already do what I'm suggesting.
Take an axe. Build yourself a damn house
Tons live in the woods actually too, and the other thing takes legality issues and is super complicated. Just immigrate? That's complicated.
With this setup you wont last more than 5 days
>with a better setup you last less long
DON'T YOU FUCKING DIE ON ME ALL THE OTHER THREADS ARE

Or at least they probably are mostly... there's nothing interesting...
