Generally speaking, in everyday life, women simply aren't funny. In my entire life, it's always been guys who could make me crack up. I've never busted out laughing at anything a woman has said. Ever.
I'm 21, and as far as I can tell, women only "joke" about sex, dick size, and their vaginas. That's literally it.
I believe this is due to evolution since women never had to be funny to secure a mate.

I think some women are really funny when I'm high. But I hung around with really cool people back in the day. It was mostly humor of irreverence.
