Don't set such unrealistic goals. Start small, promise you'll try an excercise at least once aa week, and slowly try to increase. Slowly build up and don't quit even if you stumble

You should really start learning about nutrition, what foods have carbs, why carbs and abundance of them is bad... you want to lose weight, when you eat food make sure it has a lot of protein in it, instead of carbs.... this is the best advice youll ever hear! Also drink green tea, its scientifically proven to help you lose weight, and remember, food isnt pleasure that you must get, its necessity to keep you alive, with that mindset, and education on nutrition should be EZ MODE

Hey, stupid, if you just get a gym membership and start doing ribcage machines, arm machines, leg presses, squats, and crunches you can eat whatever. Walking isn't enough and it's a waste of your time. You're just going to come back here and cry about how it's impossible if you enact that plan.
