I'd say the primary reason is I don't want to be sentenced to death in a Federal court.
I've already had an experience with it luckily I was pardoned they brought the lethal injection gurney straight to the psych ward I was staying at
My innocence didn't seem to matter they kept threatening to kill me in the court and now I'm not nearly as innocent as I was back then and they leave me the f*** alone so I'm not quiate sure what the f*** their deal was
