I do a simple 5x5 3 days a week and do quite a bit of cardio. I am maintaining a decent amount of mass(6'1", 185lbs) without getting too bulky. I find that if you have decently built traps, shoulders and back, you'll look larger than you really are.

how can you deadlift 180kg? I am stuck at 160 for some time. My bench is 125kg with touch to the chest, not a fake shit rep. 80kg bench press sounds really shit to me I can do at least 25 reps on 80kgs so how the fuck do you deadlift so much. It's like this thing I see online people talking deadlift the numbers are absurdly high, but I never seen anyone take more than me in the gym. I know someone who can but never seen it.

Ive always had relatively strong legs. When i started 6 months ago i could easily rep 2 plates and im still cruising on noob gains so its going up rapidly.
Dont really know how. Maybe its because ive done sports pretty much my whole childhood, dont know.

Nah, my deadlift numbers are much higher as well. If you have longer arms, deadlifting becomes easier imo. My bench numbers suck.

I could deadlift 230kg before I could bench press 100kg. People are built differently. Funny enough I can deadlift that much anymore after a back injury, but I can bench 130kg

Good way to ruin your joints. I just do about 75-90 pushups a day, some planking for core strength and some boxing. I also hike and hunt to keep up my endurance and leg strength. Lifting is kind of a manlet "sport".

I lift 5 times a week. i'm around 6'3" and I weigh 212 pounds. I typically do high weight with high reps since I think that works best for muscle growth. I take whey isolate twice a day, a serving of creatine hydrochloride and a preworkout with about 300 mg of caffeine with 2 g of beta alanine

my diet is strict as well
