Sounds like you need to find a way to avoid that living situation user. Whenever I don't want to go home I go to the gym. You can do it user, tell yourself you're only going to the gym to use the hot tub and that's it. When you're in the hot tub relaxing eventually you'll think to yourself "fuck this shit I'm already here, might as well work out".
You'll feel amazing after a few weeks. It's tough at first but exercise is the biggest mental block most normies struggle with. Use your anger as fuel to become better than them.
