I ordered pizza online from pizza hut while im in Japan and it hasn't arrived, I rang them but no one speaks English and I barely speak any jap cause im only here for 2 weeks, he said to text him but nothing I try will send a text so I've given up, will I get a refund on my card?
maybe you could cancel the charge if you call your bank?
Post pictures, send it to their customer service email and after an inquiry you should be refunded. Used to work at Dominos and that's how stuff worked there, I imagine Pizza Hut could be similar but you never know how Japanese refunding customs are.
