A guy who's 5'8" but is a wealthy, charming, handsome professional athlete (say, a Premier League soccer player) is going to rate pretty high.

For a guy who's 5'8" and overweight to be an 8/10, think about how perfect he has to be in every other regard.
(also, consider the likelihood of that. If he's short, he's not going to get promoted at the same rate as his taller peers, so he'll suffer in the employment category. He'll also have a chip on his shoulder because he's short, so he suffers in the personality category, etc)
