Whats your favorite thing about the 90s?

I wasn't alive for the most part of it.

everything in this picture. fuck I am old

the internet hadn't yet turned everyone into jaded hypersexual psychopaths.

eh, not much really. I really enjoyed the late 90s (97-99) for all the leaps in gaming tech and hardware like Sega Dreamcast but I really enjoyed the early 00s a lot more.

born 83

The lack of meaningless technology. You couldn't get addicted to internet porn, you couldn't get addicted to video games, if you wanted to speak to someone, you had to actually talk to them. Every part of the country was still different because we were still somewhat separated. Music sounded different depending on the region it came from. We weren't so connected. We didn't need to interact with someone every minute of everyday. We weren't such validation whores.

Id like to say music was better then but I think music is starting to get better again.

Star Trek/Star Wars EU/X Files golden age.

It was a great time for Science Fiction in general.

That was a time where sci-fi still had hope. Now we know we're never getting into space.

No those days are over. Every since 2017 it's been a very positive time for space travel. Not one but two 'Starship's are under construction and multiple countries and companys are competing to land on the moon. Including Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin and NASA (unless the Democrats win 2020).

We'll see a Mars landing by 2030. Even in 2016 I thought I'd never live to see it.

the beginning of the end naturally

Dolly the sheep - Science fiction became reality in December 1997, when scientists at Scotland's Roslin Institute intorduced the world to Dolly, the world's first cloned sheep produced from an adult cell. Dolly proved that it was possible to create an exact genetic copy of an animal from one of their specialized cels -- in this case, a mammary gland cell.

There's nothing I didn't like about the 90s. It was a great time to be alive and I feel privileged to have been living in America for it all.

I wish I had your optimism, fren.

All of that is still true mate, you just haven't traveled to see the truth of it.

The lack of political correctness insanity.

No it's not. People get addicted to internet porn and video games all the time. People post shit online simply for validation of strangers and you're considered weird if you don't have social media. Social media has gotten so dystopian that you can get on apps like Snapchat and monitor your friends' locations.

Traveled where? That sounds accurate of America to me. Night and day difference bewteen society today and society then. It was a perfect balance of technology, activity, morality and freedom in my opinion. Even the suicide rates were remarkably low.

Oh please. Every show then was multiracial like a Benetton ad. You're just a dum dum.

Wat? That show was about the ecology of the entire planet. Each of those characters represented a respective region of the world they were meant to protect. That was not a multiculturism show.

Do you think having people other than whites on tv is political correctness?

If this was shown today you incels would be whining forced diversity or leftist agenda lmao

Action man. The cartoon was the tits. I had 14 different action man figurines, and fucking dozens of outfits

I only recognise the guys from saved by the bell and fresh prince. Who are the other two?

Brainlets like you didn't exist in the 90s. Another great thing I miss about it.

Nah. Look at that ginger kid. Gingers aren't allowed in modern-day diversity shows. They're being phased out of society in preparation for the next great genocide.

The skinny kid played Steve Urkel. The Red, I have no idea.

theres a recent cartoon show about a ginger girl and 2 blacks on netflix

>2 blacks
Getting outbred. Interesting.

mainstream culture in general was less cancerous and happier

Shut up retard. I'm not one of these conservative faggots you fucking dumb nigger I'm watching Martin right now. I don't give a fuck about forced diversity and I'm a leftist myself.
