Rents are increasing dramatically so a lot of us can't even move out yet well into our 20s. Because of all this, boomers are scoring big with the women of our age bracket, who we'll end up marrying. It's not particularly just lack of success with women, it's several issues that've been snowballing through their life that they're not even entirely aware of, and it varies slightly from person to person. Generally though, there's an event that makes them recognize that life and society isn't quite what it's cracked up to be and experiences beyond that further demotivate them to participate in this clown world. These people don't just crack, their thoughts have been incubated and bloated by any number of things that are 'just wrong with the world' from issues with a malfunctioning household, to factory-esque education systems, to just plain political idiocy. All of these things build on eachother and weigh you down to the point of feeling that living in what society has become is, at best, a suffocating, slowly drowning experience.
Then when you realize that you're not healthy for wanting to kill dozens, where are you to go? you can't seek help for that! you can't even open up to people around you, even your family about that. You're stuck in silence and left to your own devices to debate yourself out of mass murder.
It took YEARS of personal life philosophy building before i decided that i'll just live for me myself and i in the most hedonistic way possible. Life is a journey and i will live to get the most positive experiences out of it that i can before death. If you have nothing else on this world, you have your being and your experiences, and i plan to maximize around that alone.

HOLY SHIT THIS. Even when I'm just thinking about killing myself I feel this. Which is right now in my life lol. And I'm cutting a lot and just not seeking medical attention for it. Lol the fingers in my left arm keep going numb every once in a while. I mean I'm putting antibiotics on it at least. Well anyway that not being able to seek help thing I feel it right now.
