Go back in time and build a cabin in the woods that will withstand the wrath of nature. Raise a couple of dogs.

become a chinese monk and live in bumfuck nowhere off of plants

just try to avoid anything that cause you stress and anxiety. it seems a stupid thing to say, but it actually works. do what you like the most and what makes yoe feel good

This is the simple truth. Most people choose the anxiety and stress because they believe it's necessary.

and what if you are

and that's the problem. ofc sometimes to get what makes you happy you have to pass through stress, but the tought of going in the right direction should mitigate the bad feelings, right?

Okay, how do I avoid wageslaving forever if I'm low IQ and untalented?

The things I like most that make me feel good require me to go through stress to get them.

How does one live without income? A stress free life is impossible.

You're gonna want your own property in a peaceful area. Not only is the city a stressful environment that constantly affects you but most stress-free activities or hobbies are also only possible out in nature.

Wageslaving will be necessary to buy it and you're gonna have to pay off a loan. Get a stress-free job or start your own business.

Doesn't work when other people go out of their way to cause you stress and anxiety, or when whatever you normally do goes horribly wrong.

Read a couple books and take a course on motivation

well, unfortunately i don't have all the answers. sometimes i can't deal with stress too. maybe you can try to focus on what you like the most, or maybe start searching something that you consider worth chasing. pick yourself up and do something useful to yourself

i don't think it's impossible, but i see that is quite rare. but i think that working for something that you want, is less stressfull in a way. for example, let's say that there's a new car that you want, but you can't afford it. so you start working harder to get the money, but you work with a goal to reach, so its less stressful than working just because you have to

take the tedpill / varg pill and plan to buy cheap land in the boonies

if you do this you'll be able to stop interacting with people and thus not be anxious or depressed anymore.

You might get lonely but that's the necessary tradeoff for a life free of anxiety and stresss

> Doesn't work when other people go out of their way to cause you stress and anxiety
if people around you aren't good for you, then leave them. meet someone that fits you
> when whatever you normally do goes horribly wrong
try to think why that happens, and try to change it. try to get better, but one step at a time. don't overshoot, because it would cause you only more stress. if u get to something step by step, then you can appreciate your progress more

You don't get how anxiety works. It just hits you even when you're relaxing alone at home sometimes. It's fucked up brain chemistry, you can't escape it.

It's almost always a result of a shitty lifestyle.

>if people around you aren't good for you, then leave them.
Doesn't work if they follow you or you live with them, would prefer to not be homeless right now.
>try to think why that happens, and try to change it
Assuming that it's human error and not horribly bad luck. Relaxation shouldn't end up stressful and oppressive and you shouldn't have to "work" around it, that defeats the purpose.

That might work for some, but it won't for others either. Stress is a complicated thing. What if you don't want anything because wanting something makes you stressful?

Or the shitty lifestyle is a result of the anxiety.

i know very well what anxiety works. i'm talking by experience when i say that if you try to throw away of your life the things that cause you to be anxious, finally you start to feel better. ofc there will be more stress in the future, but it will be more manageable

If it's all genetical, why has it been rapidly increasing over the past 50 years?
Why are rates so different between countries?

this but with NEETbux is the best life

Eat organic and high fat/protein
Get on a regular sleep schedule
Take fish oil, D3, L-theanine and 5-HTP
Reconcile / mentally move on from past traumas
Look up a CBT workbook and practice exercises
Work out a few times a week, walk 30-60min daily

After doing these things it's easier to socialize and find people with similar or goal-oriented mindsets, you won't find people you click with / can have a synergetic relationship with if you're depressed and unhealthy with unclear direction.

idk, maybe there could be some compromise that you can get? also talking to a specialist could help a lot
> Assuming that it's human error and not horribly bad luck. Relaxation shouldn't end up stressful and oppressive and you shouldn't have to "work" around it, that defeats the purpose.
i don't think that working is the opposite of be relaxed. for example, i get very relaxed doing some kind of job. but obviously that depends from person to person

well ofc everyone is different. i'm talking by my personal experience, but that might differ from one another's. in general i think that talking to someone (a specialist or a close friend/familiar) is always the best option

Cases aren't as documented in those other countries, I guess.

Go onto other boards and let some boomer chad tell you to stop being such a pansy

>get on bux
>rent your place
Das it. When i think about it the only stress and anxiety i feel is the existential dread and the :oh no where will i get weed: or :oh no i cant afford weed rn:

Not easy if you live in the states. You need to be a single mother or a disabled person to get assistance

It sounds like a shitty guess. Genetics is going to be a thing in anything from heart disease to depression but it's pretty obvious lifestyle is the main reason for it today and the reason it's increasing so much.

Look up cortisol and what it does to your brain.

It's some stress hormone that releases in fight or flight situations.

So, OP doesn't have a job but expects the freedom to design his life.

It's not gonna happen, you need money. Living on welfare might be even more stressful and most of all you end up in shitty housing with no freedom.
