I live alone, Haven't spoke ton my family in over 8 years, most of my family hate me, haven't had a girlfriend in 10 years, i have severe scarring on my liver, mental illness (PTSD from being shot), paranoia, entire body is covered in scars from surgeries and gunshot wounds.

Well, it doesn't mean there is no going back. The reason you don't have anyone right now is because you have gotten yourself into a pretty miserable situation and refuse to try and get out of it.
There are ways of fixing alcoholism, helping your liver recover and even coping with PTSD. You just have to abandon the "Its all over for me" mentality and actually try doing something about it.

I'm not trying to sound dramatic or woah is me, But if you had been though that I'd been though you would know there was no help.
I've tried every fucking medication on earth to try to make myself feel normal after what I've been though, Alcohol was the last choice I had. An It's the only thing that keeps me calm enough to eat or sleep.
There is hope for some, But not others. Not everyone can magically turn their life around when they have done permanent damage to their body and their mind is ruined.
I wish you could be a fly on the wall for half of my life, You wouldn't waste your time typing that shit.
I didn't post that for sympathy, I posted it because I don't speak to anyone else and I wanted to get it off my chest.
