You haven't had phantoms flasking at the anor londo scene? You used to get them in groups of 3 all the time because of people needing help with O&S.

yeah, I never even finished DS3 because I like ganking more than the boss fights, and with that shit and the poise all fuckered beating up people who were constantly in groups ended up being plain unfun, so I just stopped playing
