24/7 gym access in Australia costs between $13-$20/ week depending on the gym. I assume in the US it's similar or cheaper. Skip one meal per week and get into a gym.

I'm going to share my not fully fleshed out opinion on this matter. Ok so women fall for "bad boy" alpha types. But most of these "bad boys" are terrible partners. So they leave the woman with a kid and she moves on to find a beta to take care of her and in return she'll have one of his kids while he raises the alphas kid too. So ideally you are both. So yes, it is beta to find pleasure in satisfying a woman, but it's not inherently a bad thing. Don't overdo it, but she will appreciate it. Sometimes a woman wants a quick fuck and she feels the same about you, she is just satisfied knowing that you are satisfied. So don't be autistic about making sure she orgasms every time, but don't be a one pump chump every time either. Show that you are in control and have fun. That's all I got. I want to add on more to this. So basically women need both of these needs met or they won't have a satisfying relationship. If you are too alpha then it's too unstable and she may leave you. If you are too beta she will not find you attractive and will not have sex with you. So some alphas get married, but take on the role of fatherhood and become betas. It's not a big deal. People will give you all these various rules, which are valid, if you've been lifting for 10 years and are trying to improve your max lifts. But for a beginner? Just pick up some weights on a consistent basis and your gains will be enormous.

Just start working out. It's really as simple as exerting energy for 20-40 min, each day. Try this, as a general rule of thumb and then go from there.
Mon: Lower body (Squats, Deadlifts, lunges etc.)
Wed: Chest, Shoulders, Arms (Shoulder press, chin-ups, push-ups etc.)
Fri: Back, Abs (Pull-ups, sit-ups etc.)

You can run or do cardio/stretching on the off days, or add that in later.

This man knows what's up. It's more about keeping yourself in an anabolic state than it is about the actual exercises. Of course it all is important. You need cardio every day without fail. Don't go crazy running all the time, but you need to be walking briskly daily. Consistency is much more important than what you do though. If you exercise badly frequently then you are going to be better off than exercising perfectly on and off.
It's OK. I would stick to something that is not breaded though. Making sure you eat your vegetables is far more important than anything else. You should be eating mostly vegetables. We got fucked in that way because eating plants off the ground was the easiest food source for hunter gatherers to find so that is the majority of what they ate.
