sounds like you spend too much time in dark rooms. I used to have to squint a lot outside but you do get used to it. I think my eyesight is actually better than it was since i started walking dogs and going outside.
outdoors is nice and if youre in the countryside you rarely bump into people. You should try it; the sun is good for your skin too.

oklahoma is good tier state. A bit far south for my liking though but the midwest is generally comfy.
of course it counts but most people dont really get enough sun. I mean, a little as 200 years ago youd probably spend 70% of your time outside as opposed to now where its likely the opposite - were supposed to get a lot of sun.
I wish I had a garden or something to chill in or space for tools but im stuck in a crappy appartment. Relish how much space youve got in america and use it to do cool shit like woodworking. Lord knows, its better than vidya and shitposting
