I'm playing through New Vegas for the first time right now but I can't figure out which faction's philosophy makes the most sense. The Legion seems pretty reasonable for the most part except for that whole lottery thing. If you're going to kill off a weak town why would you let two random people survive? And NCR just seems like a bunch of pussies that are forcing themselves everywhere and taxing people who didn't ask for their "help" in the first place.
