Goys goys goys, I need motivation. Here is what I am looking for - 1. Best books you have read that gave your drive and made you fiercely motivated to achieve something 2. Good fictional books with manly characters 3. Quotes on success by famous people especially from - military people, American founding fathers, and billionaires. I'll contribute to this one heavily. Make a new folder.
How is this SIG? How will enlightenment help us? You know what Trump said? I'm paraphrasing but he said "People without an ego are loser. All successful people have an ego."
Jonathan Williams
His interviews are fucking amazingly motivational. I wish I could be as passionate as him about anything at life.

>Just stop, this is barely political and it always copypasted
I'm down to 183 lbs from 221 this time last year, and I'm signifigantly stronger, have more energy, I'm more assertive and do things like actually ask for raises or call out bullshit in a polite but stern manner, and I've never been more popular or happy or confident.
I just wanted to thank you spergs. Keep running, keep doing push-ups, keep learning. Listen to entrepreneurial podcasts and ask professionals questions. Most people will respect you if they see you're genuinely working towards a goal of self-improvement, even if you're a fat fuck. Just be honest with yourself and work at it.
One thing to add; Anons today have a tendency to get discouraged when they see people that are doing better than them or appear to be. The the important thing is to keep working on your goals and moving in the right direction. Progress, user, not perfection.
My favorite quote 10. This one is especially for Jow Forums. We are not special because we know some dark shit. If anything, it actually hinders success.
My favorite quote 22. Nobody will remember your time on Jow Forums. It's a huge waste of time after the initial redpilling. The time has come to leave. Don't vent your frustration into the void. Use it to improve.
I've completed about a dozen books in the past two years. Much of it was because of Trump. He inspires me. Some came from SIG threads. Now, I work in my yard everyday. I've painted most of house. My room is in order. I want to give back
Getting started is the only hard part. We all have thoughts of what we could be doing. So what stops us? Those immediate thoughts thereafter. Stop talking yourself out of it. You have to allow your feet to carry you to the task. Once you get started you'll realize it was nowhere near as bad as your brain was making it out to be and you actually enjoy it.
I bought some cheap wireless headphones, downloaded an app with free audiobooks, and went outside. Working in my yard was a byproduct for I was really just listening to great books. Sometimes I'd listen to Jordan Peterson or Stefan Molynueax. All the progress I made in my yard was fun. It wasn't work at all. I was enjoying it.
I started making it a point to soak in as much sunlight using sungazing or just simply standing in the sunlight with my skin exposed. It will really lift your spirits.
I then learned about the powers of probiotics and prediotics and how they overcome depression and anxiety. It worked so well, it led me to natural medicine. Things like daily apple cider vinegar tonics, all-natural honey, cayenne pepper, tumeric, walnuts, Omega-3s and more.
The first step is just go. There's such thing as being too smart for your own good. You may want to go outside and cut the grass but your pesky brain will remind you of how much effort and time it will take. Stop looking at the negatives. Think of the positives that will come out of it. This is the biggest thing that changed my life. Think of the grass being cut, think of the exercise you'll get, think of the sunlight you'll get, the fresh air, the feeling of accomplishment.
Do not talk yourself out of things that you really want to be doing. Let your feet carry you to the task. Getting started is the only hard part.
I would like to meet like-minded individuals IRL. What's the best way to do that? Some guy in a thread earlier in the week suggested using TRS's forum but it appears to be down
