That's not a thing. Alpha/beta does not actually apply to humans, we're far too complex. It doesn't even apply to many of the animals for which the dichotomy is actually designated for, as they have turned out to be too complex as well.

Also IQ just measures a persons ability to take an IQ test. It doesn't necessarily mean anything beyond that. It's a decent predictor of success in societies in which merit is gained through taking tests but even then EQ actually correlates higher.
I've noticed it's that the low IQ people tend to be unaware of how their actions effect things. They haven't earned their dominant personality through superiority but through brute force. It's a form of lying. It's the same thing niggers do where they act tough and dominant until actually challenged and they back down.
A higher IQ person understands that what they're doing isn't appropriate and reflects on how dominating like that's is disingenuous without the right social standing. In other words low IQs don't understand social dynamics so they get away with shitty behavior that no one calls out.
They say it's difficult for highly intelligent people to communicate with normal people.... Probably High IQ people just don't enjoy socializing and never develop a lot of social skills that other people have.
Developing a skill usually means that you get enjoyment in developing it... However intelligent you are, you're not going to have a lot of social skill if you don't practice.
