"Neekeri" is the classic expression ever since 19th century. Historically, it meant the same as "negro", then turned into derogatory at some point.
Nowadays it's basically the same as "faggot" here at Jow Forums, however we won't address any genuinely black people as "neekeri" unless we are in really good terms with the colored individual in question.

We don't have a word for it. The closest thing we've got is "neger" which means "negro". It's not really offensive, though, except to a vocal minority who failed history class.

We use "μαύρος"(Black) but it is not necessarilly insulting. The only word that kinda comes close to "nigger" is "νεγρός" but very few people use it.
