Ok, so first of all - clean up the mess and make some space for the adventure.
We will be, uhh.. pounding(?) yeast with a teaspoon of sugar and mixing it with 100 ml of milk.. ʸᵉᵃʰ⋅⋅!
That's for the leaven o/
Leave it for ~15 min but don't let the oxygen kill all the yeast, hahaha

The rest of the milk (150 ml) should be mixed with the butter.
Le butter can be dissolved with le milk in a saucepan ʳᶦᵍʰᵗ, ʳᶦᵍʰᵗ and cooled~!

Sugar, flour, salt and vanilla sugar (and egg) are to be mixed in a bowl o/
Pour slowly milk and butter + add the yeast. Knead the dough.
You can mix it with a wooden spoon firstly but then you should just do that by the hand.
Or you can just, you know, use some advanced technology and make it automatically I guess..
If the dough feels too sticky, you ̶c̶a̶n̶ should add sum flour (but not too munch. It's bery important, trust me. ᴶᵘˢᵗ ᵗʳᵘˢᵗ⋅⋅)
