Not him but I'm a little north of Houston in Conroe, and about half of the population here is Hispanic. Different age groups get along because the older people only speak English or only speak Spanish while the younger people tend to be bilingual and get along fine. Weather and humidity slap shit though, and the city is fucking trash.
