I recently decided that I was going to cut onions out of my diet entirely after doing some research into what exactly is in it and how it affects the body (it ain't good, gentlemen). The big problems that I'm facing are time and availability. I don't always have time to cook myself a proper breakfast in the morning, so I typically have a protein bar and then a frozen breakfast sandwich after my shower. The problem is that they put onions in fucking everything. I went to 5 different grocery stores looking for protein bars without any kind of onions in them. I must have looked at 20 brands and I couldn't find a single one without it. Any tips on how to combat this?

Because if I don't eat breakfast, I consistently fail to reach my calories and macros for the day. Having protein first thing in the morning kickstarts your metabolism, so having protein early on tends to make me hungrier, meaning that I can actually eat more and meet my numbers. Plus, breakfast foods are the tastiest out there.

Could you not just make something different, yet portable like a burrito? I used to bring breakfast burritos to work, I'd have the ingredients in a bag and the tortillas separately. Then I'd make it and microwave it there. Not that I really recommend eating grains.

If you need cheap protein, my suggestions are

Jow Forums here, as long as you're hitting even 1g of protein per kg of BW minimum (obviously aim for per pound to be safe) you just keep upping the carbs, usually your fat intake is covered without any real effort

Up your calorie intake by about 500 calories while also lifting. Eat 1.5x your body weight in protein (in lbs). Stay away from low carb diets. You have to be lifting while you do this

Lowering Deadlifts instead of just dropping them, and eating good high fats like red meats, cheese, eggs, full fat milk with very quickly help you put on weight.
Before you put on any weight make sure you can do
80kg Bench for 6reps
140kg Deadlift
80kg squat.
If you cant do that yet, dont put on any weight until you can.

I have been exercizing and eating better for just a few months and after the first week or so I already felt more energetic and mentally better. When the eventual race war starts then you should at least die with a healthy body and mind. If you can, don't buy bottled water because they have feminine hormones in them, but if you live in an area without drinkable tap water or if you don't have a well then bite the bullet.

If you're too obese to even walk then order a stationary bicycle and use that. The fatter you are the more calories you burn from doing the most basic shit (even wiggling in your chair works). For you skinny tall folk out there, something that really helped me is Mass Gainer in the morning, it's pretty much a protein shake with a bunch of calories to help you gain more weight faster, you'll need a blender/shaker bottle.
Pre-work out helps you maintain energy during your workout and stay explosive. Usually drink these 30 mins before you workout.
Post-work out helps you heal (which is muscle building).
Pre and post work out mixes can be scooped into a card sleeve (I know you nerds have some) and poured directly into a water bottle. Take a drink of the water before putting the powder in so you have room to shake it effectively.
End the night with a regular protein shake, or another mass gainer shake. Fuck "don't eat before bed" if you're too skinny.

So that's Mass Gainer>Pre Workout> Post Workout> Regular Protein or Mass Gainer. These all come in a variety of brands and flavors, do your research, they are not created equally.

If you're too embarrassed to start at a gym, go to your local discount hardware store and buy enough cheap anti-fatigue mats to create a workout space, Harbor Freight sells them super cheap. Start your body weight regimen. Buy a curl bar and 20-40 pounds of weights for it. Remember there are standard sized weights/bars and Olympic sized weights/bars, be sure to get a matching set. Buy a dumbbell set of the same size.

Most importantly remember that fitness is humility. It's embarrassing as fuck to get started and everyone goes through it. Get over it, find the inner strength to not care about the ridicule so you can obtain your outer strength.
