Doesn't this also make your eyes worse though.
Wearing glasses causes your eyes to slowly acclimatize and the vision gets naturally worse as a result.
At least when the problems are caused by deformation of the eyeball/lens.

designing plastic parts made with injection molding fucking sucks
because you have to open every wall to the direction of the mold
we are in charge of only 2 plastic parts in our car and ~70 steel/carbon fiber parts and those plastic motherfuckers take like 1/5th of all designing time

It's surprisingly strong, I tried to twist the hexagon with a wrench and it seemed pretty durable. This was only with 20% of the volume filled as you could see from the video. I will be using denser fill for the parts I am gonna design.
Also, we will be using a different material, because this one doesn't fit the criteria we need.

I have no clue. I have a spreadsheet of available materials and their strengths/weaknesses and so far it seems like the best ones would be either ABS or PETG. I have had only very little information about plastic materials from uni. This will be an opportunity for me to learn more.
I am going to visit a dude who has been into 3d printers for 5 years tomorrow. I will ask him about maintenance and general questions about the printing settings, materials, etc. Basically a one hour briefing so that I am not totally clueless when I start using it a bit more.
