If you fight Yuuka in Touhou 9's story mode with Medicine as playable character, Yuuka's illustration shows her in hurt after the fight. Every other character is actually just fighting Yuuka, but is escaping afterwards from her.

Nope. Games are the original medium, they must be canon. When one character beats up another, it always means something. Either the beaten up is weaker/comparably strong, she went easy on the winner, or maybe something else. That's why Kraut speciffied that "Yuuka's illustration shows her in hurt after the fight. Every other character is actually just fighting Yuuka, but is escaping afterwards from her.". You may "win" the battle with Yuuka with other characters in the game, but in Gensokyo, only Medicine was able to truly overcome her (according to at least, I haven't played PoFV all that much, cleared it maybe two times).

If not from the games, because they aren't a reliable source or manga, because you had to mention it separately (I also assume that by manga you mean all the printworks), then from where? They aren't just making the stuff up, are they? So what is their source of information?

That isn't necessarily contradictory. For example, IN, in this game, depending on your character choice, either Marisa is beaten by Reimu or Reimu by Marisa. And that's because their power is pretty comparable, when you get two similiarly skilled people and have them compete, there won't just be one who always wins. No, one time one guy wins, the other the other. 2hus aren't machines, they are people.

Dunno really and I am not sure if you can pick one who is definitely the strongest. It'd be 2hus like Yukari etc. I guess, dunno, I don't care all that much about who is the strongest really. Making power level lists is a rather silly idea to me.
Doesn't mean you have 50/50 chance of success though, skill is still needed.

Printworks (manga) are because it's expanding and expanding stuff what happens in and between the games.
Most information is work "ZUN's letters", basically Q&A.
I judge you don't know much about Touhou.
People who don't know much will say Yukari.
People who read the manga will say Watatsuki no Yorihime.
People who read the wiki will say Hecatia.

As I sad again, Cirno could beat Okina. And we know that Cirno is weak and it doesn't make any sense.

People who read all the manga would know that Watatsuki no Yorihimi got floored by a generic moon rabbit trap and will die to a stiff breeze if caught off guard, where Yukari could undo any deaths that occurred to her and is already supernaturally durable due to being a youkai. The same situation wouldn't even have phased her.

Yuyuko has one of the best features and that's her soft belly.
Her belly is excellent as a very soft and comfortable pillow.
She also very nice feets and the smell is excellent.
Her biggest problem with Yuyuko is her constant hunger.
