- Use a calendar, like google calendar. Hours and shit for things YOU WILL DO.
- Learn to focus.
- Meditate.
- Do routines for things you should do periodically/daily, this should cover daily things or weekly chores such as laundry, cleaning, shopping.
- Identify and Eliminate conflicts within yourself.
- Focus on identifying the time wasters in your life and eliminate them.
- Focus on the essentials. If you try to do everything at once you’ll burnout. Little by little.

For the past 2 months I've been laying in bed smoking weed, playing Vidya, fapping, fucking roasties from the internet. I quit my job I have no skills I'm 25 I live alone. What do I do? Does writing a novel for the sake of seeing if I could count as self improvement? I've been dealing with a back injury so I've had a bit of time to just sit around. I'm not sure if it is any good but I had fun writing it. Might try it again some time.

I've been thinking about it, but I would have to get it edited first. Well actually I would probably have to transcribe it onto a digital format first. I wrote it on paper with a pen. I found the act of physically writing it kind of therapeutic. Much different than typing.

been going to the gym for the past 6 months (3 or 4 times a week). Gained more than 8 kg in total and for the first time in my adult life I can actually see myself in a totally different light. I was always slim-athletic when growing up, due to sports and shit, but I was never actually athletic muscular. Most guys don't even fucking realize how much of an ego-boost going to the gym actually is, and how much it helps you in the long term (as you have to stay dedicated to your workout routine and your diet).

After 6 months of going to the gym, I honestly know that I'll never fucking stop. It's good for my body and my mind. I have more confidence now and more stamina, and truth be told even my anti-social behavior has greatly diminished.

tl;dr gym+books works wonders. And believe me - when you'll see yourself after a couple of months in a mirror, you'll never want to fucking stop.

Don't kid yourself thinking that you need someone to go to the gym with. Just grow a spine and go by yourself, those 2 hours at a gym are essentially a time when you're all by yourself, working out and relaxing your mind in the same time.

I think I know my worst case scenario that's why I'm in a very slight panic at the moment. Do as many as you can in a minute, even if you need to stand, while resting as little as possible. Once pullups get impossible from fatigue, do negatives until you can't. The minute should be up by this time; if not, grab an exercise band and do pulls until the minute is up.

Alternate work days with rest until you can hit 15-20 comfortably. At that point, you're more than ready to start throwing weights on the belt.
