I think as long as you are taller than most women you are fine. So about 5'6, not ideal but its workable as long as you compensate in other areas like BMI and facial structure to still appear masculine.

This can be a problem on nights out when girls wear heels tho, so you'll have to counter by wearing heeled shoes, either in a socially acceptable way (if you're a punk or goth or metaller then wearing doc martins or something) or by wearing inserts in your shoes (and never telling anyone about them cos it makes you look insecure).
