I start my day with about 5 eggs with cheddar cheese, 4-5 slices of bacon or some ham, hash browns or grits, 2-3 slices of toast, 3-4 cups of coffee and some fruit.

I make 3 sandwiches for lunch, usually turkey. Lettuce tomato onion mayo and mustard. With that I eat baked beans and some vegetables - Lima beans, broccoli or green beans. I snack on oranges or apple slices dipped in peanut butter mid afternoon.

For dinner I have lots of meat. Steak, chicken or pork chop. And lots of veggies and dinner rolls.

I have no idea how many calories I eat because I don't count them.
