1 year later, I'm still banned from their Discord (which was where I communicated to em) but I am not banned on their forums. Some people say that I've changed since then but they're a vocal minority. What should I do, Jow Forums? Are there some "safe" boards and "toxic" ones? Should I just forget that group?

I should probably clarify what I mean by "Jow Forums mindset" When I say that I basically mean supporting right-wing views and ideas along that line. I don't recall actually stating that I use Jow Forums, but I do remember them scrutinizing me for using Jow Forums in general
It depends on how far you take it. "Right wing", what do you even mean by that? It's a rather big step from being economic right to being a straight up national socialist. Yes, people will raise an eyebrow if you talk about a jewish conspiracy and race biology. People will raise an eyebrow if you propogate war and ethnic cleansing. Whether or not something is right or wrong those are extreme views, what is right and wrong even? Jow Forums has a boner for that though. If you truly believe in those ideals it comes down to whether you value yourself and your social status higher than those beliefs. What do you hope to achieve in life even?

People don't respect your veiws because you adopted them blindly as as if they where a fad. My political veiws are right wing by today's standard and I find that if you express your veiws in a way that makes sense, never state things as absolute, and at least try to understand other peoples veiws, litterally nobody will be upset with you. Most of my friends are on the left side of the spectrum. They are aware of what I don't agree with and why, but we still genuinely get along.

I think, what you ought to do to get of this mindset is this: you need to realize that you will not be able to change the world, what you truly have in this world is yourself, it is unlikely you will ever reach a position of power. You can go about being angry about the way the world is run or you can focus on yourself. That doesn't mean you should let others tell you how to think and feel about various issues, that's weak. But maybe start thinking about what you want to do with your life rather than trying to fit into various groups.

I'm alot like that nowadays too, but it was only after I got banned that I had to come to my senses with what I was doing. I do admit being mindless on my own, I despise the person I was a year ago. Hence why I got hooked onto that mindset so easily.
