I do and GFW is my favourite side touhou game if not 3rd out of all of them.
She's a fun character in being a competent fairy when it comes to the manga as being a distinct difference from the 3 fairies but also the main cast. Her interactions are always a very unique story line when she was in 4 seasons and she's much more flavourful than both Youmou and Sanae. The later of which I'd really hope ZUN would just perma replace with a guest slot.
I don't care how broken she is in UFO she's dry as shit and was one of the worst parts of Wild and Horned Hermit.

I find it pretty remarkable how much a random board is self-conscious about its mascot. Where's /tg/ just sort of said "Ribbon is our mascot, kk" and was done with it, Jow Forums will have 500-post long debates on the merits and negatives of this ice fairy as their representative. The meme largely makes itself for being modern skub, of the actual kind, and not the pretend conflict that [s4s] has between spikeman and yosho.
And I think that also explains why [s4s] and Jow Forums go so well together. A bunch of [s4s]'s ironic memes correspond to trends on Jow Forums that they retroactively spoof. And part of the joke is that Jow Forums assumes [s4s] is as serious as they are and through that they have a common understanding with each other.

It's meant to be Chiruno or "Chill No". "No" is used like "of the" or a way of ascribing something. So it means "of the chill". I believe ZUN wanted it to sound Italian too.
She just one of the characters who got a awkward translation in the early days but was never really fixed. (Along with Yamaxandu where they smashed her name and title together. Or "Rumia" which was a wrong way for "Lumia" since she controls darkness)
