I bet the honors classes are still boring as h*cc. I was in honors in my freshman year but they rigged the final math test that year (literally everyone made less than 55% because of a county-wide screw-up) and I got bumped out of honors because of it. HOWEVER I literally didn't even take notes during it and still did better than 97% of people in my state.

Honors classes aren't even for smart people, they're for people who put in any kind of effort at all and aren't entirely retarded.
Then you have AP classes, where all of the actual smart people are. It's kinda funny though because a lot of AP students don't actually put any effort into their work, they're just smart. All those average honors students pour so much effort only to get behind these genius slackers.
Basically, how you do in school barely means shit.
