The first photo you posted has the text claiming the Earth is an "oblate spheroid" (which is true), captioned underneath a magnetic map of the Earth, to supposedly show just how oblate it really is. The caption is true, the supposed image of the Earth is false, therefore your photo is misleading propaganda.
Again, this is factually incorrect.

This photograph is again, paraded around to supposedly show the planet without water, but again it's a heat-map of the Earth's magnetism, known as a geoid.
