If you can't at least jog 1.5 mile under 14 minutes you are subhuman

>jog at 6 mph
I'm normally walking faster than that.

I was talking about the distance.

Usually, a good minimum standard for the 1.5 mile run is closer to 10:30 (or a 7:00/mile pace). In fact, the women at the US Naval Academy have to run under 12:30 for the 1.5 mile run or they fail the test - that is an 8:00 / mile pace. Consider a 14:30 a passing grade but it is a "D" average - or below average.

overhand is pullups and underhand is chinups you fucking retards

I guess thats a good standard if you're using fucking crutches

Thats slow, I think I can do 6 laps in 9 minutes, might be even faster, never really bothered with medium distances. I'm normally doing 400m laps in 1:50 during 10km though and I can do a single lap within a min if I push it and even then I know I could be running faster if not for left leg.

>I could be running faster if not for left leg.
What's wrong with it?

Recovering after surgery, I'm pretty sure I told about it already.

I'm pretty sure you didn't tell me about it, I'm pretty sure ABE!

>ABE
TAKE THAT BACK.
Its some wierd joint tissue thing, it just dries out and joint start destroying itself. Basically docs cut off dried tissue, hooked up leg with tethers(probably dissolved already) and coated remaning tissue with restorative gel. Honestly leg was ok, arm was much worse than that.

Hopefully you recover well.
>TAKE THAT BACK.
STOP TAKE IT IN THE BACK GAYABE

Leg is almost normal, I just don't feel like its stable enough to push it a little further.

it takes time you'll get there eventually

Over, underhand should be minimum 15
