Been hired multiple times now in different IT-jobs, but i couldn't get along well with ANY coworkers in the past. Been hired and fired in around 5 jobs every month now (roughly 60 jobs in a year were i can't stay longer). How to fix this shit? I'm fucking tired of that hired/fired circle now.

Some people are a pain in the ass to talk with but it is essential in a working environment. You must not allow yourself to become unlikable otherwise problem like those you describe arise.

It's mostly because you are new and must get to know everything at first. But some coworkers seem to make things harder for beginners.
Also it's hard for me to get into normie interests,
it is tiring to laugh to cheap normie jokes and eat fast food with coworkers everyday after work(the time were everybody can talk with eachother).

you should evaluate what you've done wrong. for example in most office settings, most dont care about the cirno GET you rolled on a japanese image board
