It's ok, some things are more important than replying as quickly as possible, It's not like i'm any better with that anyways. Mushrooms are a big part of the autumn aesthetic, completes it somehow. Really yummy too, I like almost anything with mushrooms in it, almost feel sad that you don't like them. Make sure not to be cold in winter, no matter where you are i'm sure being unprepared for winter in russia won't be very nice. Also it's not like I hate mushrooms, I just don't find them that good. Although tbdesu I've eaten very few mushrooms in my life so there might be some out there unexpectedly nice
When was the last time you ate one and how? If you ate a raw one when you were like like 8 then i don't blame you for the dislike. Maybe try to fry some slices for a burger or putting some on a pizza, it's easy to take them off if you dislike them and your tastes might've changed. You never know if you discover something you like.
I've tried them properly cooked and all. I think what I actually dislike is the chewy texture rather than the taste. Anyway I don't mind them on my food as long as they're not in big pieces
Maybe you should try some then. Just buy a pack of it in your local store and make some at home, easy and cheap. Just need some water, milk and maybe some bread to dip in it.
I'm guessing it wont be too hard, just a creamy looking soup with mushrooms on the cover. Probably will be among similar things like packed stews and stuff of that nature.
