This has to be actually true on a fundamental level.

I can't prove it but there has to be a certain level of "mental shut down" to work as a female prostitute. The reasoning (in my experience) is as follows:
If you pick up a true whore from a bar, her expectation is by default that you will serve her (in her need of sex, etc). That's why she agrees to be picked up in a first place.
If you pick up a true working lady (from a bar etc), she won't submit to you ever at any level, but does that to serve you sexually for money, for she is (prepared for) a pro in that. A pro offers you a deal.
These both things are true, in my experience.
