Saying "Celt" is pretty much like saying "European" because the celt were a bunch of different tribes with similar cultural characteristics but also they had big differences. i.e The gauls and the spanish celts had things in common but the people were different since the spanish celts were pre-indoeuropean peoples, natives of the peninsula (like the iberians and tartessians in the east and south respectively), the same who populated part of britannia, who were influence by some celtic migrations.
