lol no, even Australia is banning the use of Huawei in internet infrastructure. You just can't trust whether the Chinese are going to backdoor your infrastructure or even disable it at their whim because you may have supported Taiwan or something. You have to remember that all "private" companies in China are government owned, and that using Huawei is basically giving control to China.
