The overall performance for PCMark and the Galaxy S9 sees a stark contrast between the Snapdragon and Exynos variants. The review explained that the Exynos has a problem with frequency scaling in a reasonable time. Hopefully it's something that's fixable in software, because it sounds like it's a dumb fucking problem. In theory at 2.7GHz the exynos should be like 20-30% higher performing than the Snapdragon 845 at its max speed (reference phone)
