>uninstall it via control panel
>DONT REBOOT
>imediately go to program files
>right click on the realtek folder
>go to permissions or security (I'm on my laptop and its running manjaro so i don't have a way to check which one it is)
>on the permissions tab select SYSTEM then click edit
>on the option that says "full control" just check the "Deny" box
>apply and close it
>restart
if it doesnt work do it again, basically what this does is it makes windows unable to access the realtek folder, so it can't do anything with it making it impossible to install the realtek bullshit again
if it doesn't work the first time just do it again, windows bullshits you sometimes
