Use WSUS Offline and install all the updates until march of 2015.
Then, MS went full spyware. And avoyd the "Cenvenience Rollups", they came with telemetry shit.

Just use dism to modify your installation image.
WSUS Offline does work pretty well, but it can be a bit buggy sometimes.
There's a github repo with a batch file to remove shit updates.
