How long have you waited? It's not uncommon to have to wait a month or two for a response. I would send a follow-up to the same recruiter after 3 months to make sure they got your message, and after 6 months I'd pop into the tracker's #help channel.
Also if you give use the tracker you're applying for, and which tracker you're applying from, we can tell you if it's one of the famously slow recruiters.
